On June 22, 2017, Li Congyu, Director of the Investment and Venture Department at the People's Forum Magazine of the People's Daily, along with a delegation of three, was invited to conduct a research visit to the Zhongyuan Four Seasons Aquatic Product Logistics Port as part of efforts to identify outstanding Chinese independent-brand enterprises.

Recently, Henan Zhongyuan Four Seasons Aquatic Product Logistics Port Co., Ltd. officially signed a special research agreement with the "Belt and Road" Cultural Communication and Economic Development Research Group. Under the agreement, the two parties have agreed to establish a strategic partnership, collaborating on joint research, academic discussions, and expert consultations centered around the "Belt and Road" initiative and the specific project at the Henan Zhongyuan Aquatic Product Logistics Port.
It is reported that the newly formed "Belt and Road" and Henan Zhongyuan Aquatic Product Logistics Port Special Research Team will be responsible for conducting surveys, field visits, drafting, and reviewing project reports, ultimately producing comprehensive research findings. The "Henan Zhongyuan Aquatic Product Logistics Port" project has been officially included as part of the broader "Belt and Road" initiative.
