Since its opening in October 2013, Henan Zhongyuan Four Seasons Aquatic Product Logistics Port has thrived under the strong support of leaders at provincial and municipal levels, as well as the wise guidance of the company’s Board of Directors and executive management team. With unity, determination, and relentless effort from every employee, the company has steadily grown over the past few years—expanding its cold-storage capacity from 180,000 tons to 500,000 tons, increasing the number of merchants from over 1,000 to more than 2,000, and boosting transaction volumes from over 40 billion yuan to over 100 billion yuan. Today, the port’s influence has expanded far beyond Henan Province, reaching 18 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China—and even extending globally into more than 20 countries and regions worldwide. Notably, through strategic collaboration with Singapore Group, the company has successfully attracted international capital, enabling it to soar rapidly into the global capital markets. Leading this transformative partnership is Mr. Wei Chenghui, a prominent Chinese leader, recipient of the "China Dream Annual Special Tribute" award for his contributions as a returnee entrepreneur, and Chairman of the Board. As a strategic partner of Singapore Group, the company has jointly invested with them to establish an integrated, state-of-the-art international frozen-product trading hub in central and western China—a cutting-edge facility combining warehousing, trading, and logistics services, specializing in frozen aquatic products, livestock and poultry items, and seasonings.
With the rapid development of Zhongyuan Siji Aquatic Product Logistics Port, the company has adopted a growth strategy of "going global while attracting investment." In June 2016, it successfully acquired Tianjin Jin San International Logistics Co., Ltd. at the Central Fishery Port Food Logistics Park in Tianjin Binhai New Area. Following the acquisition, the company invested in constructing a state-of-the-art low-temperature cold storage facility with a capacity of 150,000 tons, establishing itself as a leading Northern China-based warehousing and trading hub for meat and seafood products—and achieving a transaction volume exceeding 50 billion yuan. Additionally, Zhongyuan Siji International Trade Company was established at the meat import/export port within Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, with an investment of 800 million RMB to build a 100,000-ton cold storage facility. This initiative aims to create an international e-commerce spot trading platform for meat products, targeting an annual transaction volume of over 30 billion yuan. The successful operation of the Zhongyuan Siji Aquatic Product Logistics Port has generated more than 100,000 jobs in related industries, significantly boosting the local tertiary sector and driving rapid economic and social growth—ultimately delivering both financial and societal benefits.
