"Business Opportunities Meet Beihai": The Henan-Beihai Belt and Road Investment Cooperation Briefing and Project Partnership Signing Ceremony was held at 10:00 a.m. on October 31, 2017, at the Wanda Wenhua Hotel in Zhengzhou City. Qiu Xinhang, Chairman of Henan Zhongyuan Four Seasons Aquatic Product Logistics Port; He Lihong, General Manager; and Lu Rongde, Director of the General Office, attended the event. Mr. Zeng Zixiang, Standing Committee Member and Vice Mayor of Beihai Municipal Party Committee, along with Mr. Peng Guoli, Director of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region’s Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and ASEAN Open Cooperation Office, and Mr. Zhang Jinxuan, Director of the Autonomous Region’s Investment Promotion Bureau, delivered speeches. Henan Zhongyuan Aquatic Product Logistics Port Supports the Belt and Road Initiative
Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Creating a Healthy Environment for Entrepreneurs' Growth, Promoting Outstanding Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Better Leveraging Entrepreneurs' Roles" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"). This marks the first time that entrepreneurial spirit has been formally recognized and its value highlighted in a dedicated central government document. The "Opinions" elaborate on the essence of entrepreneurial spirit, emphasizing that outstanding entrepreneurs in the new era should embody qualities such as patriotism, dedication to their work, adherence to laws and regulations, relentless perseverance, innovative development, unwavering focus on quality, relentless pursuit of excellence, active responsibility-taking, boldness in stepping up to challenges, and a commitment to serving society—entrepreneurs who proactively align themselves with the nation's major policies, eagerly implement national strategic decisions, drive rapid economic and social progress, and lead others in this vital mission.

Why do agricultural product prices fluctuate so dramatically?
Over the years, media outlets have frequently reacted with alarm to fluctuations in agricultural product market prices, even coining a string of "quirky" new terms in the process. Examples include "Garlic Is Ruthless," "Beans Are for Play," "Ginger Army," "Onion Shockwave," and "Sugar Emperor"—all of which share one common thread: they highlight astonishment over rising prices. Meanwhile, there are remarkably few "unusual" terms used to describe falling prices—perhaps only "Dropping Steadily." This might stem from the fact that journalists, as urban consumers, tend to feel and respond more directly—and perhaps more acutely—to price increases.
The media’s tendency to dramatize agricultural price swings could be attributed to various factors. But at its core, it likely stems from a lack of understanding about the unique characteristics of agricultural production and supply dynamics.
