On the morning of January 24, 2019, He Jinping, Vice Governor of Henan Province, visited the Zhongyuan Four Seasons Aquatic Product Logistics Port to inspect food safety efforts. He was accompanied by Tang Yuanyou, Director of the Provincial Market Supervision Administration; Wan Zhengfeng, Deputy Mayor of Zhengzhou Municipal Government; Wu Fengjun, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Market Supervision Bureau; and Li Jianxia, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the same bureau. Also present were Xue Yunwei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Provincial Government; Li Ruopeng, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Commerce; Zhang Song’an, Deputy Director of the Zhengzhou Market Supervision Bureau; Wang Dexian, Director-General of the Market Supervision Bureau; Li Weiguang, Member of the Standing Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor of Huiji District; and Qing Huashan, a member of the bureau’s Party Leadership Group. Accompanied by Qiu Xinhang, Chairman of the company, and He Lihong, General Manager, Vice Governor He toured the market to observe food safety practices firsthand. During the visit, he listened to a briefing on the development of a market traceability product system and the status of cold storage temperature-control equipment provided by Zhuhai Huasuo Technology Co., Ltd. He encouraged the company to maintain rigorous quality control at the source, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality, safe products for consumers during the upcoming Spring Festival.

Vice Governor He Jinping showed great interest in the product traceability system. He paused for a long time in front of the product display cabinet, carefully examining the items and asking detailed questions. "The Traceability Pass software makes it instantly clear at a glance through simple QR code scanning," he remarked, "ensuring top-notch product quality that gives consumers peace of mind. Remember, you must deliver high-quality products at reasonable prices—business should always be conducted with integrity." In the cold storage warehouse’s entry registration room, Vice Governor He listened attentively as staff members explained the food safety management procedures. He learned that all incoming edible agricultural products must undergo rigorous checks: verifying the origin or source documentation, as well as compliance certificates. For pre-packaged foods, inspectors are required to retain copies of the product’s inspection and testing reports. Meanwhile, frozen meat products must come with both an inspection certificate confirming they’ve passed quality control and a quarantine certificate proving they meet health standards. For imported edible agricultural goods, officials must also ensure that the cargo has valid inspection and quarantine documents before allowing them into the facility—products lacking proper certification are strictly prohibited from entering. Vice Governor He expressed his full approval of these stringent measures. Later, in the temperature-controlled room, Zhang Song’an, Deputy Director of Zhengzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, emphasized, "Temperature control is the cornerstone of ensuring the safety of edible agricultural products." This slogan was first introduced by the Zhongyuan Four Seasons Aquatic Product Logistics Port, positioning them as leaders in this critical area across the nation. To further demonstrate their commitment, Vice Governor He requested staff to pull up the temperature monitoring records from January 24, 2017. The data clearly met all requirements for edible agricultural products, with no ambiguity or confusion in the information provided.

As Henan Province's largest wholesale market for frozen agricultural products, the company will next implement an electronic scanning system to establish digital records, ensuring the quality and safety of food-grade agricultural products.
